  • Moved to Vancouver on his working holiday visa Started working in the kitchen at Kitanoya Guu Izakaya.

  • Started working at Tamaru Shoten Marketing Corp. Appointed to a Kingyo Izakaya Grand Opening Manager.
2012
  • Established Kingyo Food Corp. in Toronto. Opened Kingyo Toronto
2013
  • Opened Ramen Isshin
2016
  • Established YOROZUYA ZENIMARU FOOD LTD
  • Opened Kiu Japanese Restaurant as an Executive Chef.
2020
  • Opened Japanese Plant Focused Cafe / Tsuchi Cafe
